If so, honestly, i wouldn't recommend to spend money for any of them right now. (However 1 year ago i would have chosen iphone 6).

Have Z3 and will upgrade after 5 years. Because smartphones become powerful after few years.

But I'm going back and force between iphone6 and Samsung ... moreHello Parisa, I've experienced both phones and both phones are good when it comes to performance but comes with different operating systems "iOS & Android" . Android O.S is good but iOS - iPhone O.S is better, iPhone 6s 's Camera is 12MP but record video in 4K which is the more than highest resolution in tech-world and much better than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge.. :) I suggest you the iPhone 6s but keep in mind it's not Android so no much freedom

Pixel density of 326? They should have increased the resolution to 1080x1920 on the iphone 6s much like they have on the 6s plus. That would have pushed the pixel density to 468 from the current 326. That would have been a good improvement. I have an HTC One with a same size 4.7 inch display but with full hd resolution and the 6s's screen looks pixelated next to it and not just next to it but in genereal as well. They should also make the 32 gb version the base memory option as other companies are doing for couple of years with their flagships.

Stay away from la... moreI haven't experienced any lag on my Galaxy S6, and I have that phone for 1 year now. It's incredibly fast, stable and has a beautiful 5.1 inch QHD screen. On the iPhone 6S you can't even watch YouTube videos in 1080p resolution. Also the camera is much better, I have compared it with a friend who has the 6S and especially in low light the S6 is much better. Actually all the latest Samsung phones (S6, Note 5, S7) are on top of the DxoMark charts. It's a reliable source for phone camera comparisons. I recommend to buy iPhone or if you want android buy HTC, Nexus, LG or Sony. Stay away from laggy Samsung.
