So, battery drainage is very common in this phone. There are some tips though.
1. Turn on battery saver mode. This will reduce fast drainage.
2. Lower your brightness. Do not use it outdoors, especially when it is sunny.
Other tips
3. Get a god damn case for your phone. There is no way the screen is about to fall off unless you dropped it.
4. My camera broke too, in fact both, which is a HUGE disadvantage during this pandemic.
In conclusion, the camera is weak.
5. Keep track of your applications and how much from the battery it uses. Go to Settings > Battery then see which apps are using the most batteries.
6. If at low percentage (battery percentage not lifetime(around 25%-40%), we recommend you to charge the phone, let it idle, and plug it out before percentage reaches 85%.
Exactly, using this phone a lot causes the battery to fail, if not cared properly. If you want a backup that is bigger than the 6s, we recommend the 7+, and if you want the same size as the 6s, try out the 7.
8 is a little too fragile since there is a glass back, plus the 7 battery is way better.
7 will last around until iOS 16 (iOS 17 Beta (maybe)), which it might be the last update.

Ive had the phone for about a year and a halve and the back camara doesnt work anymore, the screen is about to fall of and the battery absolutelly died, in the last months of covid i had to charge it 5 times a day, i changed the battery but after a while the problem came back. Its not that i treat my phone terribly i just use it a lot.

2. For real, the battery is trash. It's not what you should expect in 2015 because for example, the LG G3 has a battery of 3 grand m/Ah while the iPhone 6s has barely 2 grand m/Ah. Plus, the percentage dies fast.
3. I would recommend a 7 if your budget is tight, not a 6s

I love my 6s a lot ..its great when it comes to gaming, it killed my friends Samsung s8 completely in gaming and performance aspect despite he's was the Snapdragon version.. The only problem I had with it TBH was the battery life, I have to charge it at least 3 times a day but that all changed when I got a power bank to it..
If you wanna buy this Device go for it IF your budget is tight and that's a big IF but TBH I'll recommend the IPhone 7 instead hope this helped a soul LOl

I bought one in 2016. Recently I updated to IOS 14. It still rocks. The only issue is the battery that needs charging twice a day. I recommend it if your budget is very tight. Also keep in mind that it will not receive the IOS 15 update...
