This phone has a horrible battery even with a quality replacement battery but I still use it because I move and walk a lot at my work so it's light on my pocket. I've read 12 and 13 mini don't have any better battery either, not by a lot.

It's a good phone for basic tasks and some games, but the battery isn't really good, and even worse if has battery health below 80%, it drain every minute sometimes, still performing good for a phone for its age like the S6 edge/S6 edge+/Note 5, the phone has aged well, but isn't receiving support to newer iOS versions.

Anonymous, 10 Dec 2022Is 92 % battery health good enough for 6s daily tasks ?No! If you’re buying then please replace the battery first then use. Its still useable for daily social media and texting. Not good for gaming. I have mine with replaced battery a week ago. And its giving me 1.5 days backup on wifi and simple texting

you have to suffer, 16 Sep 2022september 7 2016, but they somehow get minor updates.No they discontinued it in September 2018, I bought a brand new one from the apple store in Oct 2018

It's capacity might have been faked from the get go. Phone thinks it is 100% but it may be 50% already. I would change it with a more known 3rd party battery. Or at least with lots of feedbacks online.

Incredible battery life it was, 1.5 day of use.USE! After I passed to iOS 13, battery life decreased seriously. And no other updates really fixed it. I also have 100% battery life but I generally charge it in my car while vacating or put it on charge before bed. So %200 charge a day gets me by mostly.
