Doesn't have to be an octa core to have a good performance, but the resolution helps the high FPS...
A Galaxy S6 for example have to handle with more than 3 times the pixel count...
The real test is when you run a off screen benchmark.
Nevertheless, the PowerVR GPU have always excellent performance.

Check the benchmarks. Watch the videos where iPhones game at very high FPS.

Lackluster describes this in a word. Android is just miles and miles ahead of this by now. It can't be long until the world at large wisens up and ditches IOS devices.

They didn't even mention the amount of ram even the iPad Pro has, which is 4GB according to 9to5mac.com

192g, 20 more than the 6 Plus. I don't mind it actually, the extra weight adds to the premium feel. Personally I think it's still 1GB RAM, which is okay since iOS has proven it doesn't need ridiculous amounts of RAM to run smoothly.

Nice Phone. Now apple has a perfect smartphone. Apple site tech specs also don't show RAM.
