iOS 15.8.2 has been released to devices that don't support iOS 16, and that includes the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus.
I'm surprised that the iPhone 6s is still getting updates.
I'll update to 15.8.2 later, Security updates are nice but I'll update soon since I'm a bit busy doing something.

One of the first phones I ever had, I still use this as my backup phone. Recently updated it to iOS 15.8.1 and It's doing pretty good considering the age, no issues whatsoever.

It is getting near 2024, and im still using this iPhone lol, this iPhone is very supported…but im looking foward for iPhone 8+ or an iPhone XR lol. This iPhone battery life is good, gaming performance, uhh yeah good but just better than some mid-range android phones (not comparable anyway), Watching videos is just best on this iPhone since it never cut-outs unlike iPhone X lol. I rate this iPhone 9.5/10, because of its support, its camera(still good not bad tho), games run better much, though i just play GTA games, ofc you cannot play Geshin Impact, PUBG on this iPhone, Asphalt 8 is playable on this iPhone but it can rarely drop FPS…But i recommend you to buy iPhone 8+, iPhone XR or iPhone XS Max as gaming (if you can afford in one of these iPhones i mentioned).

Due to iOS 15 support, you can still use it for years to come, best iPhone you could buy for the lowest price.
