I bought the iPhone 6s Plus right when it came out in 2015 and almost two years later I still haven’t had any problems with it. I’m even running the iOS 11 beta and it still is smooth and lag free. If you just want a good iPhone that will last and handles whatever you throw at it I would recommend buying it in 2017.

For anyone having lag issue , you can try ios 11 beta 2 . Im very happy right now . Not lagging at all . Smooth in animation .

I wouldn't recommend getting the 16 go version get a 32 go at least.
I got a used 128gb one and don't have any problems with it, works just like a brand new one! You should consider getting a used one for more storage if you can't afford a new one with a lot of memory in it
