I'm gonna buy either an S7 edge or an iPhone 6s plus (or the ... moreHi I think apple is great Im not a fan from apple but I know they great quality on their products, but I will prefer a S7 I currently have a note 5 and its the best phone I had its has a great battery life great pictures and amazing performance, the s7 and s7 edge have the best battery life the always on displays will drain your battery faster but you have the option to turn off that ption and you will get th 100% of that amazing battery life.

I am not sure how long the standby battery life on the S7 Edge is but I heard the battery is quite impressive and much better than the S6.

Fellas, I need some suggestions. I'm gonna buy either an S7 edge or an iPhone 6s plus (or the 7 plus when it comes out in about 3 months). I like the S7 better on every possible aspect, but standby battery drain is an extremely important factor to me. I know for a fact that iPhones have an amazing standby time, having used an iPhone for more than 2 years. But then I got an HTC m8 (been using it for a year and a half and still counting) and its standby time has been absolutely pathetic, and it got even worse after the marshmallow update. Other than that, my experience with the phone has been amazing. I really want the S7 edge, but I'm hesitant about how the standby time battery drain will be, given my past android experience with the HTC, and that is the only factor that's making me lean towards the iPhone. So how exactly is the standby battery life of the S7 Edge? For instance, If I go to sleep at 12 am with 100% charge, how much would it drain by by the time I wake up at 8am? Cheers!

Honest. The Samsung's front camera kind of blurs your face to offer you a more delicate skin, but I don't really like it, however I appreciate that it can take better pictures in the dark. I don't really notice that much of a difference between screens but if you do it's good for you ^^ In terms of security, stability and speed I still PREFER (again this is personal and I don't say it's better for everyone) iOS, but Samsung's is customizable. That's only an opinion and again, I'm not saying it's better than the S7 Edge, because it still lacks some things I wish it had, but neither is the S7 Edge better. They're both the best for their operating system in my opinion, since S7 Edge runs Android and still moves quite fast, and yes it does charge faster, my S5 did too but after having it for more than a year it was laggy and charging in more hours than this one with the battery lasting barely 6 hours with heavy usage.

1. Bigger battery with an actual better endurance rating and longevity
2. Charging is much faster, while you need just over an hour to fully juice up your Iphone 6s Plus, you need exactly half that time with the S7E
3. You have a better screen on the S7E
4. You have a better camera on the S7E
5. With the curve apps, you have better looks
Let's be perfectly honest with ourselves around this and any challenges should contest the truth in the above

So, guys
I have had an Android all my life, mostly Sony. Goddamn, it was amazing for the first months then bam it turned into a laggy piece of metal that did anything but listen to you. I made the decision of buying this phone and I''ve never been happier. The battery is the greatest battery I've ever had in my life and I use it so fucking much like YouTube, Whatsapp, Instagram and many other apps including games. The battery goes from 100% to 0% in 10-12 hours with my heavy usage of it. It charges in about 2 hours and a half on airplane mode. The screen is beyond beautiful and you really don't need more than full hd. The pictures are amazing and such high resolution I can't even. However, if you plan on getting one, get the 64GB or 128GB model. It was between this and Samsung S7 Edge and I couldn't be happier I bought this one and not S7 Edge, because I definitely preferred Apple over Samsung, but this is personal. I just don't think S7 Edge is better in the long run, and as a person that cares about aesthetics, I strongly disliked the Samsung UI. This is only the opinion of a teen that uses her phone constantly and battery is really important for me, so is stability in the operating system, and I can say that iPhone is the safest phone since it doesn't do ANYTHING without your permission, and I really like this thing since it feels more personal. Overall, if you want to leave the laggy Android then this is the phone for you, 6S's battery is just ridiculous for me, it's not even worth the money for such a small battery,.
