I think you should wait for Sept new product announcements. That will drag the price for iPhone 8 plus. I picked iphone 8 plus last as dont like the notch and happy with the more refined UI on it vs iphone x "all over yhe place" gesture based UI.

On top center of my device i can see a small pin size white dot. I believe its a dead pixel. What to do guys??

I am currently interested in buying iPhones, however, I'm confused on which to buy. Should I buy iPhone 7 plus or should I go with iPhone 8 which is more updated? I have limited finance and I dislike notch so iPhone X is a big no no to me. Or, maybe I should wait until September, probably, price will rollback.
Any advice friends?

Here's what i can tell you about my iPhone 8 Plus. Though it's battery is only 2691mAh the A11 Bionic Processor takes care of everything making you feel like you're getting 3000mAh battery or should i say even more! I have no complaint or what-so-ever with this phone, it's overall performance is such a monster and so i can't understand those dude whining here who doesn't even have this phone or never even had any experience using it and just making some comments out of the specifications they see here. But anyways, just saying and again i really like my iPhone 8 Plus! I don't care about the rest.. :)

It looks like Galaxy Note 8 now opens web pages much faster than IPhone 8plus as well.
So at this point I really donÂ’t know what those high single core benchmarks of iPhone 8plus mean. It looks like Note 8 web pag became faster after Google ChromeÂ’s updates.

With animations turned off, the iPhone 8 Plus is way faster. Using an iOS device after using Androids for years shows how well refined, designed and well thought out iOS is. The whole experience screams quality and premium. Android just mimicks speed with animations turned down. Doesn't make it faster by any means. Also app optimizations matter too.

QUESTION:
If single core benchmarks of iphone 8plus almost 2 times higher than of galaxy note 8, then how come most common apps (weather channel , accuwether , all google apps, all transportation apps and WhatsApp and Viber ) all opening with exact same speed of the galaxy note 8? Even couple of apps open by one second faster on note 8.
There was also a test on youtube that showed that one plus 5 outperforms iPhone 8 Plus by an average of 1 sec In opening most apps.
Google chrome is the only app where page load speeds on iPhone are by 2-3 seconds faster than of note 8
