I've stated that the iPhone 6 was the smallest I've owned, referring to screen size, not phone size because, as you said, that bezel is huge and unnecessary.
I just don't need a bigger screen during the Summer, since I'm on a break from work and going to 'unplug' a bit while going to the beach for a couple of months. That's why I need a phone that'll fit in a pocket, since I don't want to carry a backpack if I don't need to, especially in the evening.

According to mobile experts, over 92% of the people prefer big screen phones from 5 to 5.5 inches, Experts prefer big screens for creative work, drawing and to utilize the full benefits of a smart phnne which u lose out on small screen phones. 4 imch phones still be good for wonen who dont use phones for such heavy stuff.
Individual preferences, I hv a note4 n a 5s , they both r gud devices ,both serve ther purpose, both for humans n making life better.. Bt I m much more comfortable wid 5s so it's my primary phn
From Android to Windows Phone 8, again to Android, then to an iPhone 6 64GB (had it for 7 months which is a longevity record for me), back to Android for a month, got tired of delays and accumulating junk, changed to Windows 10 (which I really like - dang this 950 is fast!).
After all these 'big' phones, the iPhone 6 being the smallest of the bunch, I'm craving for a phone that is small enough to carry in my pocket during the Summer without it showing half out (women's trousers, shorts and jeans have really tiny pockets).
I'm not a fan of iOS, even if it has improved in the last years, but I'm ready to give the iPhone SE 64GB a try. What is the worst that can happen? If I don't like it, I'll sell it...
pratik, 25 Apr 2016D prob with most is they don't see performance they h Just see justo paper specification and ... moreHis preference is individual. Everyone may not be right on everything. His theory about stylus was not right. New ipad has stylus. This is not just a phone. This is a smart device everything you do is output on the screen. So screen which is the most important has to be the best and big enough to accommodate everything for comfortable use.

Small screen phones are best for texting and calling and more comfortable for people like you for one handed operation, but when it comes to using map and documents like pdf you have to pan/scroll a lot. So a large screen is always better for a real "Smart Phone". In the old days 2.8 to 4 incher phones were common but things have changed a lot. Phones have become more smarter and smarter. 4.7/5 inchers are considered the minimum standard. Even if you are using a 4 inch ( tiny) phone just for making calls it seems odd awkward for new generation people. A 4 inch phone still be good for ladies who dont do much on their phones besides calling, apps and occasional internet usage. You may say you have ipad/tablet for such heavy stuff, but you cannot carry it like 4.7/5.5 incher phones. So a 4 incher phone like this dont need such a powerful hardware though it would help to get future updates that too may not be worthy being a small screen phone.

There are many suxh as myself who dislike large phones. The 5 fits into easily inside my front pants pocket and doesn't look like a "boom box" on my ear when I'm talking on it.
Look around and see how redixuliois people look with a huge phone up to their head.. If I need more features I have my iPad.
Anonymous, 22 Apr 2016Apple must increase the screen resolution. D prob with most is they don't see performance they h
Just see justo paper specification and steve jobs always prefer 4inch screen don't compare apple with android
AnonD-412876, 24 Apr 2016Will it be ok to get 16 gigs, I'm not interested in 4k video nor big heavy games? i was thinking the same ?
So small handed people will have only the rose gold option in order to show off on big handed people that they got a new iphone.Wow that's not the apple we used to see for instance in San Bernardino case. That's good only for Trump.
jay, 21 Apr 2016not everyone wants a big phoneMe too. I wish apple make the upcoming iphone 8 the size of a match box with powerful hardware inside so that I can slip it into my shirt pocket.
AnonD-412876, 24 Apr 2016Will it be ok to get 16 gigs, I'm not interested in 4k video nor big heavy games? Get the 64 gig one, 16gig is not enough.

So the se being a 6s in a 5 shell is an amazing answer to this problem
Having a small screen phone is considered shame and of old gen type these days no matter how expensive it is.
So I have switched from iPhone 5 to iPhone SE, and the best thing about SE is its camera and battery life. With both phones fully charged at 100%, after similar usage of 2 hours iPhone 5's battery(replaced the old battery with new original apple battery 4 months back) is at 65% and iPhone SE's battery is at 87%. And the camera is far far better than that of iPhone 5. There's more detail, far less noise in indoor shots, and the 240fps slow motion and 4K camera is just awesome. Just the camera and battery life is enough to compel any iPhone 5 or 5S owner to upgrade to SE. And the rest like A9 CPU, 2GB RAM, front camera flash, live photos, etc are extra goodies.
Savor, 23 Apr 2016Then you are part of a growing minority that hasn't adapted to change as quickly.
