So, before you separate people in categories i want to explain my experience. I am on android for many years, I'm using now the p30 pro and note 9 i had all the galaxy phones till s7 edge, then changed to note 9. As a second phone i had few huawei, last 2 : mate 20 and p30 pro(still using). The customisation on android is good to have and i totally prefer nova launcher over the stock version,no matter what phone. But, i have seen over the years a lot of iphones used by my wife. and I'm telling to all of you that the experience with an iPhone can corrupt all of is(imo). Lately tired of the big phones from android, I'll honestly tell you that i wanted to switch to iPhone 8,but i waited for this to come. The shape of iphone 8 the materials the screen the fingerprint in the front it feels amazing(and i have 2 of the best flagships, at their time) compared with my android phones.
The superb camera of p30 pro is surpassed by the camera of iphone 11. even the night mode is better on iphone 11.. portraita have better hdr then p30 pro. And another thing that i hate about samsung devices, they deteriorate in time. The middle frame is damaged, the paint is loose from the frame(1000 euro devices).. an old iPhone 8 of my wife looks like in 1st day... battery of note 9 get much worse after just a year. i can't complain much things about huawei, except the perception of wifi, it can reach wifi from the same distance from the router, like samsung does. But now i would like to buy a small phone, I'm just tired of big phones, i was thinking about 11 pro, but most probably iphone 12 with lidar would be a better option. So I'm decided to leave android, not for the reason of having an apple on my device, but for a small and premium device. And nooo Samsung s10 is not premium in my opinion, i have seen it test it... and no.. i would go for an iPhone 8 instead for s10... but now, most probably i will go se2020... thw size of the phone

Haahhaahhaa. I bet after 2 or 3 updates the battery will drain fast. Then apple release new model with better hardware. Again and again.

I would wait for the battery drain test in YouTube before buying this phone...I seriously think apple would have done a better job If they had put the A13 chip in 8plus and released it. 8plus had a bigger screen and better battery life also it has dual rear camera setup.

Apple clearly doesn't know how to make a budget phone, why would you compromise the screen which is the only part that we use all the time. With the same price tag or even lower you can shrink the bezzels and use an iphone 11 like screen by skipping wireless charge, ip rating and use last year chip.

This phone is a joke, this 4.7 inch 720p lcd is not suitable for anything rather than social media and messaging and it is advertised as the most powerful smartphone! Do you expect me to edit videos or play demanding games on this display!
