Duel, 28 Sep 2017Close all button?!?!?I do apologise
shall i spell it out for the hard of understanding
the area of the screen that has a portion of it that says close all, this is shown when you look at all your recent apps that are open and when you press it it closes all recent apps that are open. Im sorry its not actually a button, what the hell are they.
I am going to buy the iPhone 8, the iPhone 8 Plus and the iPhone X. I usually wear pants with 3 pockets, I think I can carry all 3 phones around when I head out. I will also use my 6S as an MP3 Player and both my 7 and 7Plus as a triple digital camera. That way, I have enough battery for instant messaging with my iPhone X. I really love everything Apple puts out, and the new iPhones have introduced wireless charging, when will Android phones catch up?
Duel, 28 Sep 2017Close all button?!?!?I think he means the "kill all apps" function on Android.
Sigh, exactly. Numbers mean very different things in different contexts.
Apple sets the guidelines for app development, hardware development and software development. It also tests and approves apps and their performance.
Given that hardware, software and app guidelines are all managed under one roof (so to speak), it's hardly surprising that specs can be a lot lower than what they would need to be on other systems.
Thats right people throw £999 at it, pay £250 more than the americans on something that is inferior to the 2016 Galaxy s7 Model, Something that doesnt even have a close all button, one of the most basic/helpful things on a smartphone
This phones technology can be compared to a note5 yet expensive. NOT WORTH IT!!!
don't take it wrong, not 8 GB... only 3 GB ::)))))))
very very expensive, do not be taken...
i wonder should we look over this or not
the price itself is pretty much didnt represent the mobile. iphone 6s still much better. not for bashing but its fact by looking at the bang n bucks
they barely innovate at here. lets say screen without bezel. mi mix and co had it
jkdlee, 22 Sep 2017Regarding the screen, i believe it is the first of its kind in which the screen reaches all 4 ... more1) The screen is bought from Samsung.
2) You can clearly see bezels on each part of the screen.
3) In early 2018 completely bezel-less phones will start to appear and then the iPhone will look like an outdated device from the past.
alright, here's what u need to think b4 buying:
1. Battery- is it worth to buy an super expensive phone with small battery capacity? faster chipset, bigger RAM, but small battery. not balance, so battery won't stand long.
2.Display- big screen, beautiful design but once it cracked?
nick , 28 Sep 2017this is actually an ( iPhone galaxy ) note 8 is much better than this copy of essential phone... more"is insanely incredible that on 2017 apple's user are testing 3gb of ram ( for the first time )
but still being mentally blind"
i think you are the blind here, brainwashed by the numbers (just like almost all android boys) you can't compare this to android which needs like 6-8gb to work well.
this is actually an ( iPhone galaxy ) note 8 is much better than this copy of essential phone, but apple users are blind they don't even realized that this technology have been already on the market by every android company,
is insanely incredible that on 2017 apple's user are testing 3gb of ram ( for the first time )
but still being mentally blind
the screen was made it by Samsung but screen's designed is horrible at the top this looks like a privacy protector screen of the black berry 8520
when jobs passed away he took the apple's innovation to the tomb
Nobody talks about it guess that most of the iPhone buyers don't care but I got ask: Why does the iPhone X and the 8 still record Mono sound on 4K Videos?. Maybe I am wrong and the X does record al least stereo sound but couldn't find it in te spect so I don't know if it does it.
Anticipation of the X is killing the sales of the 8.
People whining about a new design every year should look at Apple's other products. Has the MacBook and iPad changed much in design the last 7-10 years? Yet, nobody complains about bezels on TVs and desktop displays. Only iPhones where people whine about new designs.
The rat race to get the X before the year ends and spend $200 more over the 8 Plus which essentially has same specs as the X is for people to chase this ego-driven feeling of having it before more people have it. But after awhile, X is as common as the 5s and 6 design.
iPhone 8 = 4 & 6 remix
2017 is the first time in iPhone's history when it is considered a tick and tock update.
Tick - X
Tock - 8 (6sss/7s)
I will still pick up the iPhone X but more likely when there are promos for it next year. I like the number 10 and letter X. Then I will pick up the 2020 iPhone because #13 is another lucky number for me. The one I will sometimes refer to as iPhone X3.
Please Apple, no more "s" naming schemes. Just keep it Roman numerical every year.
2017 - X
2018 - XI
2019 - XII
2020 - XIII
Keep the naming simple even if the design is the same. X is able to reboot the naming for iPhones. Only the iPhone 4 was named properly for the generation it was released. The 4s, 5s, and 6s, ruined the generation order.
Being called iPhone XI (11) next year would also make it two numbers higher than the Galaxy S and Note line.
they are bigger sensors than 1/3 of the size... I wouldn't be surprised if the main camera sensors are 1/2 the size...
