apple watch series 3 can work with android .can we connect watch 3 to android or we can answer calls ?
In terms of durability, the Series 3 is a downgrade!
The Series 2 was made with sapphire glass, and seems virtually unbreakable. My Series 3 'toughened glass' screen cracked within two months. There was nothing tough about it, I didn't even drop it; it broke from a light bump while wearing it on my wrist.
For such a fragile product, Apple charges way too much for repairs. I can't see the point of replacing something that will likely break again with normal everyday use.
For those who think insurance would help: Apple Care+ is a rip-off. Even with this insurance, you still pay a large fee for any repairs, just less than if you didn't have the insurance. Also, the discount only applies for three accidental breakages before it's back to the full repair cost, which is almost the full price of a new watch.
If you're thinking about buying a Series 3, I'd suggest waiting for Apple to release a watch that can live up to its promised 'toughness'. If you don't want to wait, you could try to pick up a second-hand Series 2 but that's risky for different reasons.
Alternatively, you could just boycott Apple entirely and stay with Android, which is what I wish I'd done before I switched phones and wasted a further $469 on such a flimsy device.
Owned the Apple sports gen1 and just upgraded to the the series 3 nike+ gps and have to say I get about 2days battery life on it and not found any problems works and feels great. Even better I can listen to music ànd leave my phone at home providing headset got charge lol. Well worth the money all day won't get anything else for a long time
Anonymous, 13 Mar 2018the battery last longer than 18 hours i make calls of mine all the time its great It is mixed usage, not just for calls, if it was just calls it would say a longer battery life
Still considering a Series 3 but for now i just changed my old AW Sport for a stainless steal with ceramic back and sapphire glass.
Reasoning: We can just admit it, what m,akes Apple Watch the greatest is its modest but solid functionality, theres no half baked fancy stuff like in Gear where it automatically starts a bicycle workout if you ride an escalator or similar, simplicity is superior for a watch where too much functionality easily get in the way and becomes annoying. The old Series 0 still work so great that i see more value in the sapphire glass and the ceramic back is highly practical too, it doesnt get matte and scratched like the composite back on other models.
Those who cant afford Series 3: Fear not, all the old Apple Watch models are still doing great, theyre not outdated and they are very very cheap in the second hand market, a stainless steel version cost around half of a new Series 3, an original Sport cost half of that again and will do everything you need, but not what you think you need and will find out later you didnt need after all.

Will the lte work in Dubai will I be a leader to use it and make calls as a stand alone watch in dubai

18 hours is NOT bad at all thats great, I mean 1 hour of talk time is not bad, I only would probably use talk time on my watch for a quick stop to the store for list of groceries or a quick talk, which I believe 1 hour is all you need. If talk time gets any longer I think the watch would get bigger and I dont need that....lol
There won't be better battery life than this. There will be new features and hardware, sensors, etc., will become more and more efficient in the time, but the bat. life wont double. I can swear they will cut the battery in the comming years when they become much more efficient. The same way as they do with iphones.
All makers offers 1-2 days battery life and that is ok, unless they start to put graphene batteries in watches, but this will triple watch prices.
