Asus announces US availability and pricing for Zenfone 3, Zenwatch 3, Zenpad 3S 10

Asus is finally getting ready to launch a few Zenfone 3 devices in the US. We have previously seen two of these up for grabs at Amazon, but those listings have mysteriously vanished since. This time it's all official, though.

The Zenfone 3 Deluxe Special Edition ZS570KL is Asus' latest top of the line offering. It will cost $799 unlocked, and will be out on October 19. This phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chipset, aided by 6GB of RAM and 256GB of expandable storage. It also features a 5.7-inch 1080p AMOLED touchscreen, a 23 MP rear camera, an 8 MP selfie snapper, and a 3,000 mAh battery. It runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.

Moving a step down the ladder, we find another 5.7-inch Deluxe model, this one with a Snapdragon 820, 6GB of RAM, and 64GB of expandable storage. Otherwise, it has the same specs as the handset detailed above, but it only costs $499 unlocked. It will start shipping on October 12.

Even lower in the line is the 5.5-inch Zenfone 3 Deluxe, with the Snapdragon 625 SoC, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage. This one is $399, and it too can be yours on October 12.

Finally we have the Zenfone 3 Laser ZC551KL, coming with a 5.5" display, a 13 MP rear camera with laser autofocus, the Snapdragon 430 chip, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of expandable storage, dual-SIM functionality, and a $199 price. Moving on to wearables, Asus has decided to reveal the official price for its Zenwatch 3 in the US. It will cost $229, which isn't surprising considering the same smartwatch will go for €229 in Europe. The Zenwatch 3 will hit US shores at the beginning of November, but it's not up for pre-order just yet.

One more thing - the ZenPad 3S 10 tablet will be out in early November too, with a price tag of $299. This has a 9.7-inch 2,048x1,536 screen, MediaTek's MT8176 chipset, 4GB of RAM, and a 5,900 mAh battery. Like all of the aforementioned phones, it also runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
