My tablet with this model is 3yrs. old. Still works great. Sometimes touch sensor goes crazy but it you will just have to press power button once. It is a 3yrs old tablet after all. All negative comments I think are liars
Touch is not working now. Terrible device for such a big amoutn of money.
Device is nice but the sensors are terrible and especially the accelerometer. The touch screen also sometimes temporarily stops working until you tap the back or reboot.

Alex, 16 Sep 2016Worst tablet ever. Glitching from day one, unexpectedly reloading by itself, freezing even you... moreSounds like you may have had a dud. I've used two of the 2013 models (one personal, one for work) and never had any issues. Though, I've also seen a 2012 that worked great and another one that was super slow and glitchy.
for overheating and other problems, flash cyanogenmod 13. check download cyanogenmo.org/ flo or deb

bastos, 22 Aug 2016Why is it not listed for Android 7 (Nougat) ? It is over 3 years old, usually you only get update if you lucky for 2 years.

While Qualcomm named the CPU used on the nexus 7 2013 as Snapdragon S4 Pro, in reality is the APQ8064T, the same CPU used on the Galaxy S4 9505, they just downclocked it to 1.50GHz to match the specs of the previous Snapdragon S4 based on the APQ8064 used on the Nexus 4. The APQ8064T has a revised Krait architecture which allows slightly better INT performance and considerable FPU performance gains compared to the APQ8064.
