This is not a classical smartphone, but a gaming one. Clearly has to have some cuts.

Wow the sheer specs would make this a great phone except for the lack of updates on software. Looking at there previous rog phone lack of updates killed that phone. What point high spec phone with lack of updates.

But ... no ... morenothing wrong about phone specification, you are the mistake, most of gaming phones don't have ip rating/water resistance, cauze its will be usefull to keep phone temperature cold while playing game hours

every each year now phone comeing+higher spec but no phone can long lasting more than 1 day with browsing with internet non stop...all kind of phone only can survive 4~5 hours only!...still waiting similar phone like energizer p18k

I can't wait to purchase this next month in the Philippines. We have like 10 ROG stores in NCR alone. I often see them in malls so it's likely to be there more than the Zenfone 6.

You're going to be obnoxious to people in the building and the train to use dual speakers out loud with your phone. If you want everybody's peace, use a headphone jack so not only, only you can hear it but you'll be spoiled with the highest quality sounds possible if you buy Sennheiser/Beyerdynamic/Audio Technica/AKG/V-Moda/Meze and etc.
Seriously, if I were you, I would've ended this trolling in a week. It's too cringy for you. Just stop cringing.

Awesome dual speakers outbeats jack by a huge difference.
Jack has beenn long time surpased by a lot better vireless audio because cables were always obsolette.
Like soon we will have only wireless charging options but no wired one.

But can someone an share some opinion if they have used rog phone 1... moreHi there, I use the ROG phone 1 and can say its unbelievable good, super fast amazing graphic (for a phone), incredible camera. The face and finger recognition has never failed me, even with glasses, the air triggers make gaming on a phone an all-new experience and the speaker are rather loud. Would strongly recommend it as a phone and would love to own the second model.

But you can't say that most of the people use cheap headphone and even they are using it then what's the problem here? They are using it as the ways they can or they want? Are they forcing you to do it? These phones are targeted to the huge userbase, so it has to have the features that everybody can rely upon.

What more can I ask? But I think this phone is too gaming-centric for me. There are less good quality Android games right now that are graphics-intensive. I'm not really a mobile gamer and most of the tons of features here I would not use. But the pure look of it (no notch, great display, dual front speakers) is why I'm very interested in this phone.
