Hey Ali_Sam,
ARM is not a type of micro-controller, it's a processor architecture (a RISC one).
You are both wrong.

I don't think that computerised devices lacking GSM should be displayed on gsmarena.com. It contradicts everything gsmarena is supposed to be all about.

Arm is not a brand for mobile processors!!!!
Arm is kind of high-tech micro-controller!!!
Arm processors are made by 3 or more companies!!!
Qualcomm and nVIDIA are two of them!!!
So your answer would be NO!!!

The Specs list the Chipset as the Tegra 3 T33, but the T33 is a mobile CPU made by Nvidia? Then the CPU is listed as a Cortex A9 which is a mobile CPU made by ARM, So it's going to have 2 CPU's??????????

Guys, please do your research (commenters I mean). The reason why the 3G and 4G versions are down graded is due to this current version of Tegra3 having no support for 4G however, Asus has somehow decided to downgrade the 3G model as well. The device still holds a metallic backing, although there is a plastic strip along the top to allow for better connections.

The only reason this version doesn't have 3G and 4G is that the iron panel prevents it from coming out. The 3G and LTE versions are with plastic panels.

This Tap is a beast if we compare it to the other big brand such Samsung and Apple, I think will make a remark in the market at the launch time, great job Asus.

Edit: to those who asking why no 3G? Please guys Asus are not stupid they sure have 3G/4G virsion, Asus keep it up.
