For all those not yet clear about IPS, TFT, etc...
IPS is a particular type of TFT - they are not two different things!
The two types are IPS-TFT and TN-TFT. This phone definitely has the IPS type of TFT panel.
The TN type is the one you see in most traditional LCD monitors (poor viewing angles, washed out colors, matte finish). Most phones nowadays use the IPS type.

IPS is a specific type of TFT - they are not two different things.
There is IPS TFT and TN TFT. Maybe you were thinking about TN, but I can assure you this phone has a IPS TNT display panel.

you people should know that qualcomm is open sourced...
which is nice for rom customization.. :)
but mediatek and intel is more powerful imo at the same price..

Hi guys. Im planning on buying this phone. My only concern is that the screen is not IPS panel.
I would like to ask owners to rate or give their opinions on its screen.
It is really noticeable that its only a TFT screen and not IPS.
