1) go log on computer with your username and password
2) turn off second verification ( gets login code) just disable it
3) log out from computer
4) go to phone and again log in

I bought this phone from asus exclusive showroom , box product , I checked no headphone
instead of giving headphone ,they increased processor and screen size, and support 2 sims as 4G , sdcard 128gb supported , removable battery

2) I don't know about ze551kl, so i cant say
3) asus does not provide headphones with phones
4) sound good quality is normal , its good for ear for the health concern , so they reduced sound if you to to increase too much sound, use asus audio wizard in phone
