1) zen ui launcher fast smart 19.07MB
2) zen keyboard emoji input 38.34MB
3) zen ui dialer contacts 27.78MB

AnonD-513049, 10 Mar 2016Got unresponsive touch need to turn off the device and on to make it work again. Any ideas how... moretry to restart the phone in SAFEMODE and the probblems comes , if not comes , some third party applications are blocking this feature
if problem again comes means , try these steps
1) turn off or on TOUCH GESTURE in settings -Zen motion
2) turn off KIDS MODE in settings
3) remove tick mark in GLOVE MODE in settings-- asus customized settings
4) uninstall downloaded apps one by one and recheck problem
try above steps and reply here

this nphone has two variants only
one is 2gb ram with 16gb rom
other is 3gb ram with 16gb rom
I don't know , how you got 32gb rom with this zenfone 2 laser ze3550kl 5.5 ,
yesterday I updated same firmware to 3gb ram with 16gb rom phone , I have noticed that 3 problems were solved

2) but otg cable is not there is box
3) you must buy otg cable it separately ( usb 2.0 )
4) otg featured already supported I checked in my phone

This time, however, Asus decided not to public ANY information on this update...
I feel like Asus is turning into Apple more and more.
Anyways, nothing noticeable after the update yet, but My Nova Launcher [show quick settings] swipe gesture is not working properly.
Again, it's not acceptable of Asus not to public what's new on its updates.. That's disrespectful to its consumers.

I feel like Asus is turning into Apple more and more, and we're the sheep that should buy their shit while keeping our opinions and suggestions to ourselves. Such a disappointment from Asus!

got asus update...after that at dialpad when i press any number the name allocated to that doesnt appear...is anyone having same issue?
