this phone is already installed an application called dr.safety. can i scan with this ?... moredr safety is waste , uninstall and restart and then google to google play store and search Kaspersky internet security and download and install , while instalng its activate device administrator , click yes , it will ask to create Kaspersky account , say yes , enter valid details ., name , country , chosee own password and instaal and after that , update databases it should complete 100% activate free trial for 7 days its full premium , and seettings click protection scan as extended ,
then do full scan

The ASUS officials also admitted the bug and working on this and other bugs also...
it's basically caused by the software part as the bug appears randomly and not every time and gets cleared when u reboot your device and again reappears... So it's useless to give phone to customer care centre... instead i think factory reset would solve the bug... but i don't wanna do factory reset , as lots of app data stuck in my phone which cannot be backed up without root and i don't wanna root my phone also... so waiting for next update... never know, next update would be of Marshmallow....

Hey if you have recently purchased SD card, then you need to make sure the SD card is in FAT32 format, also make sure the device is on the latest firmware version.
Update all App's as you said that there is problem with File manager App.
On 18 feb 2016 i have done system update after that my mic is not working properly . User compliant that my voice is not coming properly .

2) use only branded micro sd class 10 , I using transcend 32GB class 10, from two years, I never faced that problem
3) download and install Kaspersky internet security for android from google play store and update database and then do full scan both device and memory card
4)if it detects any malware or virus just delete them
5)download and install either bitdefender internet security 2016 for PC OR Kaspersky internet security 2016 for PC and update database do full scan
6) if the security detects malwares , virus , trajons means , just delete them without waiting
7) definitely you will come to know where is the problems
