Anonymous, 28 Feb 2016my phone always hangs. is it because of the update? not for system updates , for hanging so many reasons are there
1) free up device memory free
2) clear cache data for all applications
use asus auto start manager to deny all applications
4) install good paid internet security ( Kaspersky ) and do full scan
5) regular checkup
6) uninstall wate and useless applications which preloaded by asus ,

great phone in battery department... getting 7hrs screen on time @ 15% battery with optimisation, good camera, phone doesn't heat, no lag... being using this phone for nearly 2 months without any problem with software version WW.1.16.40.763
PS double tap and proximity sensors works for me with tempered glass installed

its working correctly
1) try to clear cache memory in asus camera app and uninstall old updates and install new update
4) free up clear all cache memory in all apps
use either Camera app, blue icon '
or Asus zenflash camera app

2) problems in someone phone speakers or in network problems
3) try to cleaR cache memory in asus calling app and uninstall old updates and install new update

eventhough , some preloaded applications can be uninstall
1) asus web storage
2) amazon kindle
3) flipkart
4) dr web security
5) c m cleaner
6) lovely pink theme
7) puffin browser
8) dailyhunt
9) trend micro security
10) you have installed some applications by own , those also uninstall and check.
11) uninstalling apps gives increasing free amout of ram and increasing free space in internal
12) make sure you should have enough ram free for running apps without hanging
13) use asus auto start manager deny all the applications in downloaded and preloaded---- except Kaspersky internet security ( allow)
14) clear cache data in settings --apps--all-- top corner on 3 dots---clear cache of all apps
