Please help I have two mobile asus 2 laser and redmi 2 prime redmi 2 prime screen /display is white but asus screen/display is creamish shade is it normal ya defective overall good mobile thanks

It's good at it's cost like other phones it is also hang up whatsapp call is not getting properly heating problem also a draw back and battery also not satisfied as expected for a 3000mAh battery picture clarity is nice looking nice curved back overall good camera quality

downloads will stop mid way.. i can't complete any downloads, updates yes, some apps yes but not all apps that i want to download will download properly
the system update is downloading for almost 20hrs now im always connected to my wifi so i don't know what is the problem
i have the 16gb one and i just bought it about a week ago ... i tried to factorty reset my phone but it still has the problem

Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL will get Android 6 update but there is no fixed dates as per now.

Go to Settings => Sounds => other sounds => make sure the dial pad tones are turned on
Run SMMI test & check the level of sound
If nothing works try doing a factory reset

It's able to focus objects faster than most phones(2 seconds). It also helps in taking really close up objects with that laser which most phones can't. The laser allows you to take picture at a quicker rate without blurring out the image. That's the function of the laser. You can actually see the laser blinking when you turn on your camera and look at the phone's back where the laser is located (to the left of the phone's camera). It's an excellent feature to have especially if you're a photo enthusiast
