It's good at it's cost like other phones it is also hang up whatsapp call is not getting properly heating problem also a draw back and battery also not satisfied as expected for a 3000mAh battery picture clarity is nice looking nice curved back overall good camera quality

wanted to ask how do i fix this problem
downloads will stop mid way.. i can't complete any downloads, updates yes, some apps yes but not all apps that i want to download will download properly
the system update is downloading for almost 20hrs now im always connected to my wifi so i don't know what is the problem
i have the 16gb one and i just bought it about a week ago ... i tried to factorty reset my phone but it still has the problem

Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL will get Android 6 update but there is no fixed dates as per now.

Go to Settings => Sounds => other sounds => make sure the dial pad tones are turned on
Run SMMI test & check the level of sound
If nothing works try doing a factory reset
