Firmware shows (4) the 4th one is yours download it into your pc and copy it into your "INTERNAL MEMORY" only,remove usb from pc and make sure you charged your phone above 90%battery for safe side.
things to consider:-
1)the file you are going to download is 1.7 gb good internet connection is needed(i hope you both people have)
2)90% of your battery must be checked before going to update
3)this procedure is called manual update(asus gave us this two kinds of options)
after you copy the file to your internal memory the phone it self responds to it in the notification tap on it and tap again on proceed button
any doubts ask me.............!!!

Hi friends, I bought this phone 2 days ago. When I booted my phone for the first time, I got one software update which I missed to do so. Later when I checked to update it by going to Settings–>About Phone–>System Update–> Check Update. When I click on check update, its checking and the Last check update time was getting updated. Other than that its not showing any message like your firmware is upto date. Also my firmware verison is WW_user_1.11.40.229_20150819 and was manufactured in Oct 2015.But this version 1.11.40.229_20150819 is of August release. So, I missed to update on my first boot when it showed the notification. When I try to check in settings, its not available and not showing any update. Plz help on how to update this to latest version.
Pls help me on this.

For camera issue :
Make sure your device is on the latest firmware version
Update Asus camera App to the latest version
Wipe cache partition from Recovery
For Sound Run SMMI test & check :
How to Enter SMMI_TEST (test hardware)
Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= "
you will be entered to SMMI_TEST

It may be better than quad core in order to operate heavy games and apps. 2. Yes it takes around 3hrs to charge upto 100%.

Battery backup is not that great as ear... more@ahwani After you have update your device to the latest firmware version, Wipe cache partition from recovery & Factory reset your device so that you start your device a fresh.
Update all Asus Apps & third party apps to the latest version & use Auto start manager also clear apps from running in background using Power saver App.
