Well its just a aswm phone..back cam is ok ok not grt..front cam is so good..battry backup grt one and half day backup with haevy usage..no heating issue..display quality is so good..i thing its a best phone under 10000 better than lenovo k3 note..so i would suggst all of u to buy this phone if ur budget is under 10k..

It doesn't heat up that much compared to other phones that signals overheating and closes any apps or crash your games.

Clean if there is any dust in between the sensor and the screen/guard. This happens to me with my Note 2 as well.

I'm using this cell phone since few days... I want to know if someone is facing problems like quick battery draining while using camera 📷..... while using flip cover screen goes completely blank, I have to double tap the screen in order to disconnect the call And after how many days I'll receive an update for my cell phone???? The latest software version of my cell phone is 1.11.40........ Plz sum1 reply soon...

AnonD-465828, 15 Nov 2015I having facing problem on my phone that..while calling the phone display suddenly get dark wi... moreU are facing this problem because the sensor by the left of the ASUS logo(near call speaker) is covered by the screen guard.
Solutions:
1)cut a piece of screen guard near the logo
Or
2)use the screen guard which is mentespecially for ASUS ZenFone laser ZE550KL

Please someone help me..
I cant download musics or videis from asus zenfone. I tried with different browsers but whenever i select download option, the media file starts to play online. I checked with asus zentalk and google for solution but most people only complained about, i couldnt find any solution.
Those you have downloaded media files please reply.
