so I customized the background running apps , not to hang .
I never keep any videos , documents , songs , and photos not totally morethan 50 MB .
I uninstalled built in applications ( some ) and updated all aplications and downloaded applications to.
I have Kaspersky internet security for real time viruses , Trojans removing .
I not got experienced in hanging .
hanging application is UC BROWSER MINI ,its hangs

Hii everyone last time i update it to build no 1708 and after that i was not able to install any further update in it thats why i go to servuce center and downgrade it to lollipop now it is showing for update to 1877 now i want to know if i update it to 1877 and would i will able to install 1943 and 1998 and further update in it bcs currently my buld no is of lollipop 1.17.40.1737??? Pls help me asus is making us fool

more over I never went to service center.
I never doqwngraded to lollypop .
yes you can install manually , before installing , backup all contacts and videos , songs , pics efc, good luck
I hope all problems may be solved ,
my phone is always with latest updates including firmware.

I got this phone and it is not only me who is experiencing this issue i will not change handset if this will be fixed. The middle straight line of the screen is having a ghost touch issue and ive seen some cux who are experiencing this thing. Just wanted you to know that we've been replacing the Touchscreen and LCD of the device but it is still the same thing. I don't know if this is a software issue already?

Massive screen lagging..1) I think , in your phone , many applications are running background and many applications are opened by you or by malwares .
2) so boot the phone in safemode , recheck the problems
3) scan for the viruses , malwares , Trojans in phone ,download an d install Kaspersky , use it for free lifetime with some features ,try premium version for 7 days .
use mobile mamnger to kill all the applications .
4) in my mobile ,1.25 GB ram is always free to work properly ,I maintained fully .

Gopal Kumar, 15 Feb 2017i have also same problem 3gand4g internet not happening1) your network service provider must have network access to 3G or 4G tower.
1a) settings --more --mobile networks ----network operators --=search networks --find your sim card networks -- click registered . restart the phone after 2 minutes
2) make sure you inserted 3G or 4G compatible sim cards
3) call to customer care , and the correct internet access point and configure the correct settings in your phone .and enable that point in phone .
4) keep the preferred network as 2G/3G/4G inn 1st sim and 2G in 2nd sim
5) to use VOLTE , enable volte in network settings and baseband should be 2025101_160509.
6) restart the mobile and browse the internet.
7) boot the phone in safemode and browse the internet
8) settings --- backup& reset --network settigs reset --choose sim card- reset settings.
