Hi, In this phone we have hybrid sim slot with micro sd card. what does that mean?
Do we need to make choice of using between Dual sim or Expandable storage?

Yes asus phones has battery drain issues when they use Intel processors. But this mobile has snapdragon processor. So no battery drain issues with one. In fact this is only mobile which is giving more battery backup.

Yes. The camera is good. if comparing pics with dslr, it wont help.

Follow below steps:
1. Enable “Powersaver” (Settings >Power management)
2. Close apps that are not used (bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, etc.)
3. Boost memory when you see memory consumes is high with no app running,
4. check for background running applications, stop/disable unwanted apps, you can also manage background running apps from auto-start manager.

Heating is normal in all devices if you see, but there is certain limit for that, you can check if any unwanted 3rd party apps are heating up the device.
for battery issue use Asus Auto start manager & Power saver App as well
