check if your battery is properly calibrated.
To recalibrate battery,charge your phone to 100% without interruption then discharge it normally till 0%(phone gets switched off) charge it to 100% in switched off condition and keep it in that state for a little more time now switch on your phone in charged condition and unplug when ASUS logo appears keep the phone unused for 5 mins.
you will get far better battery life as the battery stats.bin file will be updated.

The glass used is corning gorilla glass.. make sure your screen guard is not covering the proximity sensor.

If your able to view the lines while turning on the camera app. Go to settings of the camera app and there you get an option called as screen flickering, set it to 50Hz.

You can try updating your Asus camera App to the latest version, update your device firmware version to the latest version, clear cache of Asus camera App. Reboot to recovery & wipe cache partition.

1. Extraordinary Battery Backup
2. HD Screen looks like Full HD
3. Asus Zenui
4. 5.5 Inch screen
5. No Major heating issues
6. call quality is good
7. Sound is decent enough
8. Good Front camera
9. Gorilla Glass 4
10. Frequent Updates
11. Good Wifi reception
12. Great Ergonomic Design (easily to hold with single hand)
13. Great Gesture Controls
14. Laser Auto Focus (No mobile even iphone can match with this)
15. Bright Flash light
Cons:
1. Average rear camera (It is good in day light but not best in low light)
2. Lots of unwanted pre installed apps (some apps can be removed)
3. No headphones
4. Not suits for heavy gamers
5. Feels little heavy in hand
6. Takes more charging time (no quick charge)
7. Sometimes double tap to wake up won't work
8. Problem with latest update (mobile is heatingup... can be rectified with next update)
9. Need improvement in camera app
But when you compare with all competitors this is the best mobile you have under 10000 rupees.

guys...why double tap to wake sometimes did not work on my Asus Zenfone ZE550KL....i have to push the on/off button to open the phone...are you guys same happen with me?...

Hi frnds..i am using zenfoen2 laser 550kl last 20 days .this is gud but battry drain very fast pls help mee..and i think my auto brightness is not working fine.it showing always same..it will not change according to the places or conditions tell me wt to doo...
