Gopal Kumar, 15 Feb 2017i have also same problem 3gand4g internet not happening1) your network service provider must have network access to 3G or 4G tower.
1a) settings --more --mobile networks ----network operators --=search networks --find your sim card networks -- click registered . restart the phone after 2 minutes
2) make sure you inserted 3G or 4G compatible sim cards
3) call to customer care , and the correct internet access point and configure the correct settings in your phone .and enable that point in phone .
4) keep the preferred network as 2G/3G/4G inn 1st sim and 2G in 2nd sim
5) to use VOLTE , enable volte in network settings and baseband should be 2025101_160509.
6) restart the mobile and browse the internet.
7) boot the phone in safemode and browse the internet
8) settings --- backup& reset --network settigs reset --choose sim card- reset settings.

and build should be 21.40.1220.1998_20161230
so first update latest system firmware to the phone by FOTA or by offline manually .

2) go to settings --apps--3 dots- --show system-- zenui lancher clear cache and data .
3) boot the phone in safe mode , and recheck it then restart the phone.
and see , problems are fixed or not
4) go to recovery mode , wipe cache partition and reboot the system

3) you cant change rom , because there is a recovery rom also built in , so we cant ,
4) only 16GB harddisk rom is built in , 8.20GB free space you will getting for user usage after updating all the built in softwares .
5) you can do rooting , but lots of disadvantages. it will usefull for hackers attack
6) 128GB memory card supported
7) built in 43 languages are available .
