yes, it has no videocall capability thru your carrier unless you are using a third part app like skyper, viber, tango etc etc that relies on internet connectivity. for the heating problem, i dont experiencing it yet.

Hi friends,
I got my Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL last week. I was confused whether to buy Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL or Lenove K3 note. I choose Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL because it is better than K3 note in Specs (Snapdragon 410 processor, Gorilla glass, dual tone flash, support upto 128 GD SD card). Spec is almost similar to Moto G3. But after one week use my phones's ear piece is not working (able to speak through loud speaker and using headset.) Flipkart accepted replacement and waiting for replacement. Battery and performance is satisfactory. Build quality is better than K3 Note.

i heard that it has over heating problem of asus 615 snapdragon , and also we cannot do video call by 3G network in sim card does is ot true please comment

hi guys..i have this phone about 3 days ago and got the the system upated two times...the phone smooth...no lag...but the only one problem is when im play HD games like Asphalt 8 etc this phone always Overheating reach 51 celcius degree!...any solution guys?

Bought this phone 2 days ago. At first I thought that the battery drain very fast. Then I tried restarting it for a couple of times. After that I received an update OTA. After the update,the battery seems to be fine. I got no lag with this phone,everything is smooth like butter. Camera is ok,not great but still ok. But I like the selfie camera,it's pretty good.

i have this smartphone Asus Zenfone 2 laser ze550kl with Snapdragon 615 octacore chipset for 2 days..first i got the system updated 1.11.40.2992015819 ...but i did not updated it because im affraid it will make phone slow....this phone is smooth,no lag maybe because is brand new...but dont know if i used it for long period..overall this phone is good...im in indonesia

Aisel, 07 Oct 2015Facing the problem of sensor, whenever i m on a call n hold the phone near to my ear the scree... moreIf you using a tampered glass it should have a hole on the top left of your screen. Check it .
