Bought asus zenfone 2 laser on 13.
Now am facing problem with the sensor.
While calling someone after the call is done the calling screen doesn't appear have to press the power button.
No screenguards.
Please help me.

i am very disappointed for this phone after using few day , already got lcd calibration problem,when i send to asus services center to claim warranty it told need to be wait 14 working days (about 3 week) i am buying a new phone just use few day got problem ,and need to be wait 14 working day to repair .

And please check and tell me how many lights are working when we use "FLASH APP".
Bcoz my Lower light is not working while using torch...

You can find proximity sensor on top left. Just tilt you mobile anf watch carefully under any artificial light like tube light or anything then you will find sensor.

In some mobiles there is no update notification even though asus has release OTA update.
Same thing happened even to me. So i downloaded firmware from asus website and i updated manually.
It is not the same case for every one. Some people are getting update notification. They can update from mobile itself.
Both are same...

aditya vads, 29 Sep 2015Hi Navin I am also facing proximity sensor issues. Wat did u do plz tell me...Main thing first remove screenguard or tampered glass you installed on mobile. Even if you have proximity issue after removing screen guard then your mobile is defective one. So go for immediate replacement.
