Hi,
I have still not got any system update.I navigated to Setting and scroll down -about-system update-->Checked for updates, but no updates found.I did not get 409MB or 327 MB update from Asus. Can anyone suggest what needs to be done?

Downloaded 327 mb OTA update .........camera clarity improved drastically and feels like a premium camera device at 10 k ........Also still no update to 5.1.1..........waiting for android M...6.0....hope this comes soon to new laser....

It is really GREAT. It's running smoothly without any trouble all function are doing very well.
There was some issues in beginning but company sorted it in very short time by giving 3 updates quickly.
It was the first phone with so many advance specifications at lower price & everyone have to change their views & had to follow directions taken by LENOVO K note 2.

I got my asus zenfone2 laser last week.The rear camera screen is coming as rectangular boxes.Can anyone tell me what settings needs to be changed to get a clear camera screen instead of rectangular box screen? Please help me guys

mohsin, 23 Sep 2015fed up with the phone call sensor is a not working at all. and their no god support vteam of asus. remove the screenguard or apply the screenguard below the asus logo......without researching how can u be fedup.......ROFL....it is not a phone issue ......it is a human error......

Coz they try to accommodate all the high end hardwares without proper ventilation for the purpose of good and sleek looks for the phone. So don't bother about heating while using camera
