I update my phone, its not showing the volte.please help me to enable the volte mode by which I can call from jio sim without using the internet.

i m using asus zenfone 2 laser 3 gb ram for the last 6 months bought from flipkart and upgraded to marshmallow 6.1. after that it becomes a nightmare for me. every time it hangs when i m going to do some important works. the screen becomes trembling and not working for
for some time. i hoped too much from this mobile but in vain. now i want to replace it with samsung. so what i recommend to my friends is that don't go for asus mobiles...its a cheater. be carefull when u buy asus mobiles.......

This phone is awesome! The Rear and Front Camera are magnificent! Also, My gaming experience in this phone is Brilliant and Fantastic! Last, Just updated this to 6.0.1 Marshmallow two weeks ago, it's working great! (No problems occur during and after the update :D)

2) move all the pics , videos , musics and whatsapp folders , share it folders from to memory card switch off the phone and remove the memory card .
3) copy the zip file to formatted another memory card , and go to recovery mode and do wipe cache partition switch off the phone
4) go to recovery mode and select install update from sd card , choose the file , and click ok ok , wait for 15 minutes , until you will get update successfully installed , and reboot . wait another 20 minutes , to come to main screen

set mode as high accuracy
click google location services make it enable all options , exit
there is offline map is there named SYGIC its a ful version one time purchase no internet connection to navigate

Why i cannot add a new number to my contacts always prompt ´FAILED TO SAVE CONTACT'
any suggestion to fix my problem??
i try to save to my sim 1 but failed.
i try to save to my sim 2 but failed.
need to restart my phone before to save a new number to my contacts.
all my permission on contact is all enable.
