arindam, 22 Sep 2016I am using laser 2GB ram, it has 3000 Mah battery but my phone goes only 8 hrs after full rech... moredo some customization on your phone , phone batterys depends upon by sim cards an d their networks also, battery goes off in less time
to find out , use wifi and check , don't use mobile data , while checking

Nithi, 26 Sep 2016No,.. Dont update to marshmellow,.. All the programs are got very slow after marshmellow updat... moreafter upgrading from one version to another , you must do factory reset or hardreset its must for more performance , 6.0 is diiferent architecture
because we have used in computer , upgrading from windows 7 to windows 10 , not all programs are compatible , same reasons arise hee , do reset , install the apps again

Mahesh, 03 Oct 2016i am using ASUS zenfone2 laser..... my phone automatically switch off boot the phone in safemode and check it, if not restart means , culprit is installed softwares , uninstall one by one and rechecks in safe normal mode

if its not rebooting mean , go to settings--apps --uninstall one by one an d rechecks in normal mode

and from thief hacker side also ,, he control remotely , various types of viruses and trojans will come and sit hidden in root directory

but OTG IS supported for usb pendrive with usb 2.0 version
you need transcend pendrives , (16gb) and greater and a good OTG cable

suraj, 06 Oct 2016awesome phone ever .... and marshmellow update is to awesome ... no issues yet ..... great pho... moresome hidden issues are there , but the customers are not all bothering about those issues . I already send emails to asus r and d , in new firmware its solved major problem
