Anonymous, 08 Oct 2016my phone takes about 6 hours to full charge.. please how to solve this issue format th phone and download last latest firmware 21.40.1220.1794 and copy to new formatted memory cardand put in phone and install through recover mode ,
and then welcome appears m, don't update other applications , just directly download latest firmware 21.40.1220.1877 through OTA , reboot thrice , and update all

2) in lollypop battery backup was good
3) charging time 3 hours in 5.0.1 and 3hours 40 minutes in 6.0 , but in new firmware , I not checked the charging time
4) new UI
5) application permissions are enabled
6) sound is low quality , ( never affects ears)
7) removable battery 3000mhz
8) 128GB expandable card
9) 2 sims enable in lolly AS 2 sims 4G

mansi, 14 Oct 2016Hey plz solve my problem also..or tell if yu also have same thing in your phone.. The "home" k... morebecause , many backgrounds applications and sevices without our knowledge , as a result ram usage will be more in that time , so you must do some settings
1) go to SETTINGS-- POWER MANAGEMSNT---AUTO START MANAGER-
deny all the applications in downloaded , preloaded , recently installed
2) click MOBILE MANAGER ---DOCTOR---SCROLL TO SUPER BOOST --CEHCK MARK IN ALL ITEMS -- ENABLE
3) clean .thumbdata files in dcim folders
4) clean cache memory in storage
5) wipe cache partition in recovery mode
6) uninstall unwanted applications
7) uninstall extra themes , use default wallpaper
8) uninstall live wallpapers
9) uninstall fonts , keep system font
10) move videos , music , photos from device storage to memory card
11) use ccleaner to clean unwanted files left over in android folders , after uninstall

Hey plz solve my problem also..or tell if yu also have same thing in your phone.. The "home" key and "recent apps" key work slow sometimes.. for example if i am on a page for long and then if i press home key ,,it doesn't go immediately..although it takes only 1-2 seconds but thats annoying me.. does yur phone also have same thing.. Plz reply someone

sebax, 14 Oct 2016MY Phine still not updating every time i downloading my updates and going to install it shows ... moreon 12-10-2016 i updated my phone new to firmware 21.40.1877_20160902 size 289.69MB
after that , wifi connection will not work , only bluetooth connections , mobile data will work as usual
so i taken below resolutions , its solved for me fuly without any error messages
steps :: charge the phone up to 80%
1) download the last firmware 21.40.1877_20160902 here is the direct download link

2) switch off the phone , remove the memory card and format the memory card as default
3) copy the firmware folder in zip to memory card and put back to phone and close the cover
4) press and hold volume down and power button for 2 seconds , release the buttons after beep sound together
5) recovery mode wil come , scroll to wipedata/format , press power , click yes click yes
6) wait for 20 seconds to format , now switch off the phone
7) press and hold volume down and power button for 2 seconds , release the buttons after beep sound together
8) recovery mode wil come , scroll to apply update firmware from sd card , press power , click yes click yes
9) wait 15-20 minutes to complete installation , messages wilk display at bottom , successfully instaLLED on screen
10) reboot the phone ,
11) wait for 10- 15 minutes to boot comes on welcome screen , eneter your gamil ids , passwords , and connect to wifi and enter details
12) when screen comes for normal usage , check again system upate , it will ask to downlaod and install 289.69MB
13) allow to download , wait for atleast one hour to complete , make sure the battery above 80% charged, clisk to install
14) wait for shutdown and reboot and it continuos install background , dont disturb the phone and connect the charger
15) after installed , again the phone will reboot and keeps optimizing 29 applications, it will takes 15 minutes
16) at last phone comes to normal screen , and it will display messages , phones has successfully updated the sysrtem to
MMB29P.WW_USER_21.40.1877_20160902
17) THATS ALL , reboot once and use as normal , apply updates to built in applications
18) after updates reboot once
