go to settings ---apps -- settings -- clear data and cache
restart the phone an dcheck again
method 2
boot the phone in safe mode and check led light , if its working means , some third applications are blocking it , so uninsattl one by one appa and check untill your problems gets solved

budget guy, 09 Aug 2016Thanks man, what variant did you bought, ze550kl or ze551kl? Only ze550kl 32gb is available... more i have ZE550KL model and it has 32GB internal storage and 2GB ram. It's enough for me and you! But full charging time is a little bit annoying me

Hi. Does anybody know why charging time of this mobile phone is too long?? I must wait more than 3 hours to get it full charged. Can you suggest a solution ?

nandu , 09 Aug 2016Asus is reliable brand , asus phones are good ZenFone 2 laser is little bit heating & also... moreI am also use this mobile from 8 months superb mobile no lag no hang no heating superb touch good touch good sound good battery but charging time 3.25 hours full charge good camera better than redmi note 3 batter than lenovo k3 note but less than samsung grand 2 i am advice everyone not update in marshmallow for battery life. Thanks

budget guy, 08 Aug 2016Hey guys, i reallly want to buy this phone, do have any suggestions if i should buy this or re... moreAsus is reliable brand , asus phones are good ZenFone 2 laser is little bit heating & also after a period the battery drains fast bcoz i am using this phone since10 months and upgraded to marshmallow i would prefer ZenFone max ,.....but overall for gaming ZenFone 2 laser is better no lags no hang ...poor camera avrge battery heating are the major drawbacks

Only ze550kl 32gb is available here in our country, i really want that ze551kl version.
If anybody has idea about whats the difference, please suggest.

i did factory reset , and then download it from asus website and then paste it in my internal memory.
