to use pendrive in this phone
1) first format the pendrives with computer as FAT32
2) and then use good working OTG cable , and insert pendrive in phone ,
3) you will see , flash drive as detected

in zen motion , touch gesture is working ( all working)
in motion gesture ,
shake shake not working
flip down working
flip up working ( only asus music player )
hands up working

Mayank, 29 Jun 2016I bought this mobile two months back and its already causing prob. Keeps losing network recept... morepossible reasons casued problems
1) few network ics are integrated in to this phone , it depends upon the country uses
2) softwares issues , certain files are missings to network
3) may be viruses or trojans injected in to rom , and still b eliving
4) hardware problem --- network ics
5) rom problem
6) local vendor does not installed original asus os
solutions
1) boot the the in safemode and check your problems , if happens again go to next step
2) check with other sim card like other companies
3) make sure your sim card frequency should match with this phonbe ( i hav e posted supported frquencies )
4) switch off the phone , press volume down and then press power button together ,wait for 2 sedconds ,
release volume button soon you will get recovery mode ,scroll down using volume down button
find ""wipe cache parttion "" press power button, it will format cache in 3 seconds
and reboot the phone , and check the problem again
4) if the problems solved means ,ok other wise
5) go to recovery mode ,find "" wipe data\factory reset"" press power button, it will format all datas in 5 seconds
6) and reboot the phone ,setup your self from initial ,

there is no option s to increase the download speed
to know exact speed every time while browsing downloading
download an d install INTERNET SPEED METER LITE from google play store
open the INTERNET SPEED METER LITE , click 3 dots at top, put tick mark in SHOWUP /DOWN SPEED , make Bytes per second in SPEED UNITS
and allow this application in asus mobile manager to start up

press power off and then press and hold power off tab for 4 seconds
reboot to safe mode , will appear on screen , , cl;ick ok
phone will restart in safemode
