I am zenfone 2 laser user. I am encountering charging problem. I cant charge the phone unless it is turned off. I try to google of whats the problem n it came to my surprise that lots of other zenfone user is having the same problem as i am. And asus did not provide any solution yet. and it sure does lags a lot and heats a lot too. waste of money.

if you take to service center ,, he will do hardware reset only

after using ZE550KL for 1 week I realized some points of ASUS.
*there is scratched a few points on the 2nd day of buying. bullshit gorilla glass 4
*RAM usage is high not only this phone but also every ASUS phones.
*heating is a issue. Clash of Clans or other Internet based games heats the phone within 10 minutes using..
**auto mode of the camera is just bullshit but manual mode is excellent.
** performance is superb
** fast enough
** nice customization
** good features
** sound quality good enough
** display is very nice..

if this not solved means ,
method 2 ,
do factory reset for good performance , before doing , please backup all
I have also did factory reset , after marshmallow on next day
