naveen01, 09 Jun 2016Open Splendid app--->choose balanace mode and Press the reset button which is above the bar... morei have try this procedure before but the result is zero. most of ZenFone display are yellowish. if u don't believe me then compare your phone's display with other brand phone display. just compare the green ,blue, red, white colour of ZenFone display with other brand phone's display colour. u will find the difference. otherwise check the user review of splindid app on playstore .most of reviews are about yellowish screen. i have zenfone 5.5 and my brother has zenfone ze601kl. and his phone's display is more yellowish than mine. his display resolution is 1080p. what's the problem with asus brand.

Anonymous, 08 Jun 2016My phone is stuck for almost 3 hrs..at the Asus in search of incredible screen..and then it m... moreYou have to do hardware reset to solve your issue if your phone is not booted yet and keeps restarting..
Before updating to Marshmallow 6.0.1 you have to move your files from DCIM folder{photos}--> (internal memory) bluetooth folder files like mp3, videos, apk files to your memory card[Everybody have to move these files for safety purposes]..transfer your contactsas well from any back-up apps to memory card and write important numbers in your notebook from "call logs"...Apps in the memory card (as you previously moved or installed)must be again move back to internal storage because no "APPS TO SD" suppot in Marshmallow.(For you move Important files to your memory card like I said above for safety)
Instructions:-
>Pull out the back panel of the device and remove the battery and put the battery and panel again..and HOLD the VOLUME DOWN KEY and power key for 5-8 seconds and release if you missed to get in to recovery repeat the steps..don't worry...
>Use volume buttons to go down in that screen..the stop at "WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET" Press the power button to select and again use the volume key to go to "YES--DELETE ALL USER DATA"..It will take time to finish this process
>After that "Wipe Cache partition" by using the volume (up for UP---down for DOWN) keys and yes to delete it as well..
>Now reboot your new phone and configure as per your will then try to update again to MARSHMALLOW...
---->this time you may see amazing and positive results...reply me with your FEEDBACK..:)

Hai everyone!!
I had updated my device to "Marshmallow" yesterday..
Procedure-:
1)If you have a Wi-fi connection check for updates from the settings menu or use System update app in the app drawer.
2)It's a massive update 1047 mb to be exact size..download it completely.
3)Before updating to Marshmallow 6.0.1 you have to move your files from DCIM folder{photos}--> (internal memory) bluetooth folder files like mp3, videos, apk files to your memory card[Everybody have to move these files for safety purposes]..transfer your contactsas well from any back-up apps to memory card and write important numbers in your notebook from "call logs"...Apps in the memory card (as you previously moved or installed)must be again move back to internal storage because no "APPS TO SD" suppot in Marshmallow..
4)Now fun part "TAP" on "INSTALL" option after the download and refer POINT (3) above..
5)It will take time to install completely about 10 to 15 minutes..because of optimising apps of your previous OS (LOLLIPOP)..
6)After booting sometimes it will show Google play servies are not working don't worry about it..Directly go to settings-->about-->Andorid version 6.0.1-->Tap on it 4 time you will see "M" and marshmallow picture on it..it's a good sign...
"CONGRATULATIONS--YOU ARE SUCCESSFULLY UPDATES TO MARSHMALLOW 6.0.1"..
7)Now come back and directly go to "Backup and reset" in the settings menu do a "Factory data reset" its a must to use this OS fully(enjoing new OS) otherwise you will face softawre issues later..
NOTE:All your data and apps willbe deleted that's why don't blame me unnecessarily refer my Point (3) again..
8)You have to configure your phone again as configured at the time of buying because all your settings will last because of factroy data reset..(Some people may don't know about it..)
9)This time you can choose apps to install which are only important for you..otherwise ignore to install them and disable them..
Improvement:-
>Sound a bit than previous lollipop
>camera quality..
>Performance increased than previous
Yes there are some disappointments with this update like:
-No apps to sd support.....
-No format option for memory card....
-Bugs are here and there...
What I am saying is let ASUS give some time to fix the bugs in further updates..I still belive in ASUS because they proved many time with their updaes in the past....
don't complain about this...No manufacturer in the smartphone industry can release OS without any bugs or cutting some features..TIME and PATIENCE will make us happy in this situation...
I am fully satisfied with this update...any help ask me here....Happy UPDATING....:)

I have minor glitch with Asus zenfone laser ZE550KL phone.. The call log takes (sometimes) lot of time to open up & display the recent lists.. Since the call log application is the most we use in a phone ..this irritates when you need to make a urgent call.. Please anybody can help me on this how to resolve..
