Ghost touches have become a problem after less than a year of owning the phone; causing the screen to jump around all over the place.
Pictures taken by the camera are less than satisfactory. Speed good, memory ample. Support not very good, rather incompetent staff.
I probably wouldn't buy one again.

What needs to be done is: remove the battery cover, u screw the backing of the phone itself from the battery pack and use a screw driver to detach the batterycked from the device wait 60 seconds..then reconnect it.tmThe unit should vibrate it begin turning in shortly thereafter. YouTube has a video on this. Good luck!

They can take out the battery and put it back in to get it to turn on but the battery is most likely the issue. I recently had my phone's charging port changed and have gone back to the repair shop to have the battery removed and reinserted.
My Zenfone 2 has had issues since I purchased it in June 2015. It had to be sent back to the factory last year due to the screen being completely black which was most likely a software update issue. Now, I have had the charging port changed but the problem most likely is the battery. Was using a different phone from August 2015 to December 2015 until I had sent the phone back to the factory for the software issue. Really cannot understand why a phone like this has so many issues. It does have 4 Gigs of Ram and 64 Gigs of internal memory. Sounded like a bargain compared to a Samsung Galaxy S6 but the issues make this phone highly unreliable.
Can anyone tell me why "Connection Problem or Invalid MMI Code" shows when I dial USSD code?
How can I solve that problem?

Had this phone for more than two years now. No problem whatsoever. And still ranked 24 on antutu even after two yers from the release date.
