Im happy with this henfon. I use it just for call n 4g wifi for my 3g tab. Its very fast.

Nick, 07 Jan 2017The orange light you see when you charge it is the LED indicator. You have the option that off.And by the way, if you are seeing a Chinese characters, that means you have the fake phones. Beware of that.

I bought this phone for my wife on Dec. 23, 2016 and offered it to her for Xmas. We could not turn it on at all. Only the orange light would come one when plugged in or charging. I went back to Staples on Dec. 28 and they noticed the problem too, so they gave me another phone. They turned it on to see if it was working and it worked. I was happy and gave it to my wife. Then today, she tried to turn it on and the screen went all bizzark with the screen full of Japanese or Chinese writings and then after she ended up with a red rectangle around the screen. She could not turn it off nor could she reset the device. I took it back to Staples and got reimbursed. The tech guy admitted that they got problems with "a few" of these devices. Too bad, it seemed to be a nice unlocked phone but we didn't luck out.
