Anonymous, 03 Sep 2017My phone charging too slowly ....why why why????Use only the original charger included when you bought the phone. Due to its high capacity battery 4100mAh which is not that common, using other phone's charger who has lower battery mAh will take 4 or more hours to completely charge it.
send me help!, 11 Sep 2017can anyone suggest me a fast charger for this phone? I personally love this phone due to it's ... moreMake sure to use only zen 3 max compatible charger.. The one included when you bought the phone. It's for the reason that since the battery of it is 4000mAh, the original charger gives out more electric current or amperes that makes the phone charge faster unlike any other phones that has lower battery capacity. I already tried using other phone's charger and it takes almost 4 hours or more to fully charge my zenfone 3 max.
few days ago i upgrade my asus zenfone 3 max operating system version 7. but now I can't see my icon pack app. can anyone help me? how to i find my icon pack app?

The ZC520TL downgraded to Android 7.0 from 6.01?, this is a downgrade because 7.0 does not support a SD memory card in this phone so apps have to use the phones internal memory. ASUS tech support refused to help, blaming the problem on Google!®z
can anyone suggest me a fast charger for this phone? I personally love this phone due to it's solid battery, but it needs to be charged for like 4-5 hours til it get fully charged.

I've been using this phone for 8 months now. So far i haven't encountered much issue until i upgraded to android nougat. Since then even if i set my volume to max, at first it's loud but after a few moments it becomes low ALWAYS. I cannot hear alert tones even outdoor mode is activated. The other spec of this phone that i don't like is the camera, esp the front camera. It's not good, it makes your face distorted and blurred even if you set the MP and res to the highest. Back camera needs MORE time to focus, you cannot take a nice pic if you are in a hurry. The phone specs over all is very nice, doesn't experienced lagging so far. The battery, the OS, the functions, performance are very good. I can't say a bad thing about it. Sometimes the phone heats if used too much with cellular data on. I would recommend this to the people who wants a long battery life and good performance for everyday use. But if you are the type of person that love taking pictures especially selfies, use Oppo, Vivo or Samsung rather. Some says Xiaomi is good also but i haven't tried it yet.
AnonD-516463, 06 Aug 2017And which is better asus zenfone max 5.2 or vivo y53?If I were you, I'm going to buy this crazy shit. Only a small amount if money to be added and you'll have an awesome phone :)
ok... so I bought this phone a few months ago. After only 2 months had the issue of constantly vibrating, vibrated while charging, with phone off and charging, couldn't even make or receive calls, (Could not hear anything cause of vibration). Did a factory reset both by settings and a button combo. Still did nothing. Had to send it in to have it repaired.
A few days later Asus tech contacted me said there was liquid damage to the phone. Sent me a picture of the inside of the phone. Clearly in the picture, the liquid damage indicators are totally still white. So how they came up with liquid damage as the cause is beyond me.
Anyhow, sent me an $150 invoice to have it repaired, not covered by warranty cause of liquid damage. I chose not to have it repaired, and asked them to send it back as is. It took 2 weeks to arrive and when I got it back the touch screen didnt work. It worked fine before I sent it in. Keep in mind that it no longer vibrates constantly but it sucks not having a working touch screen. I currently have a mouse attached with an OTG cable. So I am making due. It is a great phone as long as you dont have to send it to have it repaired.
