No worries about replacement or repair. All our phones are still under warranty. The point is, so hassle and disappointing. Let us be positive and hope ASUS is working and looking for a permanent fix on this issue.

3days of ownership no, phone fall, scratches and etc and the free case intact.
I really should demand a replacement..

This is the first time ASUS failed, sad to say. I am a big fan of ASUS in term of PC hardware, as well as ROG user too. This is the first time I bought non-apple phone. Mine is still ok after the new replacement. Also a "victim" of white lines :)
They should recall all Zenfone 3 zoom product and provide us the latest model :)
hey guys my phone for the third time having bottom white line issue. I hate asus so damn much now. i back up my data very troublesome, i lost most of data last time and this is third time..!! like a damn joke..!! Hong kong service center says no replacement only fixing but i had same problem 3 times and right after fixing within 4 days. asus made a big crap with this phone. i will never ever buy this brand again. ill fix the phone one more time and sell it to half price. asus just playing game with you. biggest crap phone ever...!! asus cheating your money in such way. no replacement, no customer service, no solution..!!
Mine was already replaced 2x. Replaced last april 25 and may 3, white lines same issue.

AnonD-666286, 03 May 2017dude, have you tried the service center? please pm meYup i went to asus servicing center here in cebu and they had a memo (asus main office) already pertaining this issue of having a white line in the screen....actually, they resquested to have your phone replaced with a new one. 👍👍👍 and the good news is the replacement is unlimited meaning if the second phone is still have the problem just bring it to the store....
Appears that due to quality issue still doesn't exist any date to be available on Europe or USA, too bad Asus after 6 months

I bought my asus zoom for about 16 day ago and the screen was fine. Until yesterday i noticed that a white line at the bottom of the screen appeared permanently. I tried to contact the store and the service center but they have the worse service center. Asus is selling factory defective phones.
I also had the white line issue, most of the group members of Zenfone 3 Zoom users in FB Group has this. Please fixed this!
got white line as well at the top of the screen, is it caused by the recent update of the OS? for those who are wondering what is this white line, it's like a white dead pixel on your screen
