Asus socks brought this phone by mistake battery drains fast just stay up to 3 hours camera waste worst is no way to recover your mobile if you bricked your mobile asus site provides flash tool but that's totally waste of time when I install it doesn't install flash tool instead that is installing xz downloader and some stupid things just look at asus Web site poor kids filled up there Web with adds each click will open 4 tabs of adds now going to call that worst customer care to know details about flash tool hope they won't provide fake installer that will install a shity downloader

The back cover is very hard to open. Kinda impossible to open with fingernail, so I have to use the triangle plastic pryer. My Zenfone 4's back cover now has dents because of it. Does anyone have a tip to open it more easily without causing dents?

Worst battery ever i have seen. Within 4hrs charging getting drops to zero. Getting over heat even though if we are not using and charging also drops to 8% for every half an hr

hi asus zenfone is working is nice but its battery backup is very low for a day i am in need to charge for the two times a day. and the phone is getting very hot and a sound coming when we disconnect a call for sometimes. so need for suggestions

This phone is great and easy to use.But there is one problem though...the battery capacity is too low as it can be use for a few hours later after been used although it has been fully charged. Please upgrade the battery capacity and everything will be awesome. And also ASUS is ROCK!

Nothing works in the mobile WiFi, camera, Mike, earpiece, worst mobile I ever brought and worst battery I ever seen lol its funny this mobile battery back up is just 4 hours in kitkat I can only imagine how it will be in lollipop 1 hour or 2 hour back up? Zenfone is the worst Mobile products I ever brought never buy there products total waste
