I've updated my Zenfone 4 to Android 4.4.2 and it turns out to be good, there's a good new changes like do not disturb, the clear all in the active apps section and Microfilm(but takes long to process). At first it was a little loggy but then it returns to its normal speed
Used this device for almost 6 months. had problem with battery then i got it rooted. made some tweaks and now its working properly. don't go for third party battery saving app. using the stock is much more better
i tried to use my phone on mobile surfing through prepaid. I experienced a slow internet connection, i already adjust the settings but it's not working. Can u help me guys?

I heard Zenfone 4 KitKat update is a mess. They said the update brings so many bugs to this phone. Is anyone here faced any problems after the KitKat update? I want to buy this phone for gaming only. 2. If there is none then go to the store where u bought ur unit and ask for help, the store can send it to a service provider if u have the warranty but it will take sometime to fix…

Try hard reset by holding vol up + power button, hold it until you see some options, use volume button to navigate through options, choose factory reset (warning: it will erase all internal memory data) press power to accept, wait the android reinstalling (it may take 5 minutes), DONT REMOVE THE BATTERY, done.
