My asus zenfone 4 (a400cg) is not starting.
its booting up screen continue. i m trying up to 2h but not start.
case...
actually there is some thing system update showing on screen... then its show data erasing(on upgrade screen) and i m remove battery then try switch on the phone but its not....
Pl help me...

before my asus 4 had battery draining issue but updating to 6.5.35 battery draining issue solved

the phone is good but having problems with this .... :( sometimes it somehow shutting down itself ... i left it ON but when i open it it totally SHUT DOWNED !! pls HELP !!

Phone is good no doubt but still there are some issues like performance, touch etc. im waiting for the software update....

user123, 26 Nov 2014the specs says it doesn't have radio, but my zenfone 4 has a radio but it requires a headphone... moreDoes it have a LED flash on the back? If so, you're using the other version which is Asus Zenfone 4 A450CG.
