thats the problem battery it drains fast 1600amp its good but it drains... and kitkat thing getting worst it wolud'nt update automatically wew... but still good phone... more improvement please...

Abhi, 29 Aug 2014Play store not working... Zenfone 4 is cheapest smartphone that I bought, it has a good specs. Your problem is very simple, my suggestion are: update the system then reset the phone. I encountered this problem also. When the time connect the playstore, always prompt 'no connection timeout'

I bought Zenfone 4 Yesterday. Yeah It was awesome, The speed, the smoothness and I was able to text faster with this cellphone. Yes only problem for this was the battery pack, although I can buy another battery pack or I will buy a powerbank for the solution.
It's speaker is not that quite loud, Alarm isn't working with me, It can't get me wake-up in the morning,
All in all, It's the best budget phone for gaming.
I can say it's an 9 for rating 1-10.
I'll make it 10 if they put better battery pack inside :)

i think the battery its working properly
cause it using Intel that fits for PC not smartphone

Pruchased ZENfone 4 from Flipkart...every thing is going good....but last in few days many of softwares got crash..no service and support from company

Pintu, 29 Aug 2014Cool and awesome phone it is,its not having any problem guys ... don't thing just grab it bcoz... morei completely agree with you... first when i bought it i was thinking it to keep temp. till i buy a new high end & high priced phone... but now.... truly #respect this phone.. not even a single prob. yeah of course for darning battery ... but i play lot of games so no issue...
#buy this phone if you are looking for a good and low priced phone... yeah also buy nice pair of headset/earphone with it to... :p

Dear,
zenfone4 is nice but in this phone i see 2 type of problem 1- memory card video and image details is not show in gallary
2- the device do not prompt asked the question play video open with installed players just like sumsung sony etc.
