i already factory reset ... it still same ... after the update i call then automatically the call end and my telco line dissapear ..i put my sim on other phone .. i can make a call lol ..that make me mad ...

AnonD-9853, 24 Jun 2014My Zenfone 4 have no problem at all after 2nd update last week (JSS15Q.WW_Zenfone-V4.3.2). You... moredid your enable your hsdp+ data service, because, in my case, if i enable data hsdp+, i cannot receive and make call...everything ok if i switch to 2g mode...my current version is 4.3.2...

The phone I have shows an update available. From version 4.3 to 4.2. A downgrade actually. Why is this? And when can my phone get the 4.4 version update? Thank you.

My phone before update is superb fast with no hang but after update new firmware some application hang and non-responding.

mya, 23 Jun 2014problem...cant install facebook...already uninstall and reinstall...same problem appear...cant... morei know the prob..the new software that u just update it not the same software at the facebook app..u must wait until the new system update..maybe it suitable for the facebook app..
