AnonD-711229, 28 Oct 2017That is wrong, it is actually an infrared blaster for camera thingy, not infrared sensor. Can that Infrared port be used as a remote control? Thx.
Ad773, 27 Oct 2017The specifications say that it as an infrared sensor. Is it true? That is wrong, it is actually an infrared blaster for camera thingy, not infrared sensor.

There is still no review of Zenfone 4 Pro right now on YouTube but there is a Zenfone 4 MAX Pro, its has same UI (ZenUI 4.0) So you can learn about ZenUI 4.0 little bit. (ASUS says they throw much bloatware on ZenUI 4.0)
By The Way, ASUS updating their Zenfone 4 Pro's website with Heart rate sensor on Home button.

"can You have the phone" ,are you talking about the zenphone 4 PRO?, that's the one I'm interested in, if so ,how is the camera and audio (so far), those 2 features are most Important to me.
Kakaka, 13 Oct 2017The price in Taiwan is NTD 18990 or €532/$629I just came from Taiwan, I could have bought it, but everyone (family from my wife!) told me not to do it because crappy software .
I'm waiting for a full review from this website though, I have not given up just yet.
Besides, in the next couple months a lot of interesting new stuff coming out, not least the new Nokia 9 , plus that I'm probably in Taiwan again next year.
i am using the phone, i want to answer to the pal who is complaining about his zenfone 2. in this phone, you can use double sim card but when you insert the 2nd sim card you can not insert memory card but phone's memory options are quite fine. and you can easily choose the primary sim card from options menu and you can use only the primary sim card's cellular data. and if you want to use the other sim card's data, you just choose it from options menu and it is done.
i like the phone, there are better phones in the market but not for this price. it is fast with 6gb ram, has a perfect finger print reader, neat and fast. asus developed its own app lock and talk record apps which is fine. i strongly recommend the phone if you have limited money to buy a phone
Wow I'm impressed with Asus phones specs to cost ratio. I'm a little concerned on how/why they are able to do this? If everything is good than this phone is definitely underrated because I don't hear much about it.
Dual sim. ok
is it same with data connection?
because my asus zen2. 1 sim have data connection.
cannot switch data like other phones. so every time I internet i'm still removing the sim 1.

AnonD-706878, 10 Oct 2017I see the wifi specs not only 802.11 AC, but 802.11 AD...If this one delivers on the camera ,(as advertised and promised), and has a nice score with audio as well, this could be my next phone, but those are two "ifs", and then of course there's price.
It looks promising though, keeping fingers crossed, I'm actually waiting for a full review on this site for the pro model.

Its design is severely lacking, it reminds me of the Pixel 1 in the front. As far as name recognition and proven ability in the phone market space, I would say they are behind OnePlus. Honestly, I see no difference in ZF4Pro and the OP5, except connectivity speed. If they price it competitively in the US, they may get a shot at the reigning champ of the "cheaper" phones.
Impressive specs under the hood, would have preferred to see a WQHD bezelless display, but the 1080p display with that massive 3,600 mAh battery should maximize battery life. All in all, not a bad phone.
AnonD-130601, 07 Oct 2017Your company is not so big as Apple or Samsung that you overpriced your overrated phones ASUS makes better Computers than both. They are Computer Giants.
