Just bought this phone last Firday and it's KITKAT already out of the box, after I got it my battery drains very fast, but after I update the firmware the battery issue got better, it lasts 1.5 days for normal usage. It's a very good phone, fast and reliable, but for hard gamer i suggest that you should have powerbank.

Just bought this phone two days ago, one of the best phone i had so far. About the battery life, depends on the user though. Am just using this phone for txting and call but i play my games frequently, so my battery stays for two days....

Super phone at this price.....one suggestion for increasing battery life.....just go to the developer options search for background process limits and choose No background processes.....at least you will get 1.5 hours more battery life than before.......and of course thanks to "ASUS"

chi, 07 Mar 2015I just bought this phone yesterday and I love it. I just noticed one thing, it heats up and sm... moreI would say the heatup part is normal. But the smells like burnt plastic is way too heatup. Go to service center just to make sure it is not defective

There are shops who can replace the battery with original ones. Though they are bit expensive but atleast you have a new battery

salman , 07 Mar 2015I think it's a software problem. I can solve it by factory reset.if you have a problem download the update in the website of asus.
