I had this for less than a month and suddenly it turned pff and cannot recharge nor open. Brought thos to service center and almost a month now still no reply whatsoever. Their service in our country is bad.
Any idea what happened?
Specs wise this is avery good phone for the price. Performance is great until it suddenly shut down and cannot turn on

~LAG PROBLEM~
My Asus has started to lag and it's quite depressing because I really love the smoothness of the OS. What should I do about it? Is something broken or need update?
~CHARGING PROBLEMS~
Furthermore, my Asus Zenfone 5 once took more than 8 hours to charge and it was off and I charged the battery not less than 10%. Could it be because I haven't charged my phone full before the first time I used it? And it takes me so many hours to charge my phone when off but when I charge it with power on, it only takes me an hour and a half. Why is this like this?
~BATTERY PROBLEMS~
Also, I wish to find out the most effective way to enhance my Zenfone 5's battery capacity since for me it is really really poor. Is investing for powerbank advisable or there is another way like a system update? And can this Zenfone battery get repaired when broken?
~SYSTEM UPDATE~
When will the Zenfones be updated to Lollipop OS? And what makes this Lollipop update interesting?
~ROOTING INQUIRY~
Is it okay to root? Won't it damage anything? Can you please give me instructions on how to root or at least give me a link?

laltoo, 04 Jan 2015I want to buy Asus zenfone5,and i came to know that, i cant remove battery from it, is this a ... morethis is not the drawback , many of the smartphone manufacturer doing the same , just need to take extra care , it should not drop in water as u unable to remove battery
